Long Island Twitterers have spoken and the tie was broken by a landslide (8-0)!! LITweetup August will be on Friday August 21st. The next wuestion is:
WHERE are we going to do this Suffolk county flavored LITweetup?

BTW, in case anyone's interested, here's my checklist of preferences if possible:
- Close to LIRR
- Wi-Fi (please!!)
- Enough room so to fit even the last minute tweeps

If we go to Farmingdale there is Gillians or the new Croxley Ales. Huntington is good – try Coco's Water Cafe or Canterbury Ales. And Babylon is great , too Tricia's American Cafe: http://www.triciascafe.com/

I say somewhere on the Nassau/Suffolk line. We had the least amount of location complaints with the first one.

I had one #NHLtweetup at Croxley's and they were great (and had wifi). Gillian's will be full of kids on a Friday night…. I don't know much about the other place.

Ok Yelp says good for groups, inexpensive, good beer and wheelchair accessible. Croxley's sounding better and better #LITweetup
Is that Croxley's set up like the one in RVC? I just don't want the group split up into two again…… I agree, as much as I would like it in Suffolk, I don't think people would want to come out this far.
Lu – Croxleys will set aside a section for our size group as long as we call ahead. They gave me a string of tables in the back for about 25 of us the last time.
